Atriqo's Starter plan is free at 10,000 billable events/month — no card, no expiry — and paid plans start at €4/month for 100,000 billable events. When you grow you pay for volume, not to unlock basic features.

Two independent dials: Plan (Starter → Growth → Business, picks the feature set) and Monthly billable events (10k → 10M, picks the volume). The 10k tier is the free Starter plan — no card, no expiry; Growth and Business start at 100k. Every paid combination has a fixed monthly price.

Atriqo's tracker does not set cookies, so it does not require a cookie banner. If your site uses other tools, your consent obligations may differ.

Most EU sites run multiple scripts — analytics is one of them; your banner obligation depends on your full vendor stack, not just the analytics tool.
