Where the Service or website refers to prices, the contracting information must clearly state the applicable amount and whether taxes are included or added before the Customer confirms an order.
Prices shown on the pricing page exclude VAT, which will be calculated and added during checkout where applicable under applicable law. The applicable total amount will be shown before payment is confirmed.
2. Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of atriqo.com and its public pages by visitors and users.
It is separate from:
- the Terms of Service, which govern the contractual relationship with Customers;
- the Privacy Policy, which describes personal-data processing;
- the Data Processing Agreement, which applies when Atriqo processes personal data on a Customer’s behalf; and
- the Cookie Policy, which describes cookies and similar technologies used by Atriqo.
Accessing the public website does not by itself make a visitor a Customer. Contracting the Service requires completion of the applicable signup or purchase process and acceptance of the relevant contractual documents.
3. Website-use conditions
Users must use the website lawfully, in good faith and in a manner that respects the rights of Atriqo and third parties.
Users must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation of the website, circumvent security measures or carry out unlawful activity.
Atriqo may modify, suspend or remove public website content where necessary for technical, security, legal or commercial reasons, without prejudice to contractual commitments owed to Customers under the Terms of Service.
4. Availability and liability for the informational website
Atriqo seeks to keep the public website accessible and up to date but does not guarantee that it will be continuously available, error-free or free from vulnerabilities at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atriqo is not liable for interruptions or failures caused by maintenance, third-party services, communications networks, security incidents or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Information published on the website is general and commercial in nature unless expressly identified as part of a contractual offer or commitment. Commitments concerning the contracted Service are governed by the Terms of Service and, where applicable, the DPA.
5. Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, documentation or services. A link does not imply endorsement, control or warranty by Atriqo concerning the linked content or its availability.
Atriqo is not responsible for third-party content or data processing outside its control, except where applicable law imposes specific responsibility.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
Unless stated otherwise, Atriqo’s own website content, design, documentation, text, graphics, distinctive signs and software are owned by Iñigo Larrea Arina or used with sufficient authorisation.
track.js and the other components of the Service are owned by Iñigo Larrea Arina or used under appropriate authorisation. track.js is not distributed under an open-source licence. Customers' right to install and use it is governed exclusively by the Terms of Service and applicable law.
No licence over website content or distinctive signs is granted merely by accessing the website, except for the minimum rights necessary to display it.
7. Data protection and cookies
Personal-data processing relating to the website and Service is described in the Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in the Cookie Policy.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply.
Any dispute arising from access to or use of the website shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the applicable procedural rules.
9. Changes
Atriqo may update this Legal Notice to reflect changes to the website, business or law. The current version and its last-updated date will be published on this page.
Changes to this Legal Notice do not replace the contractual amendment procedures contained in the Terms of Service or DPA.
10. Language
This English text is a translation of the Spanish Aviso Legal. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails, subject to mandatory applicable law.
