Sharing a dashboard

A share link lets someone view a site's public dashboard without your account session. Treat the full URL as an access key.

Open Sharing

Select your site and open Site settings → Sharing. Creating a link requires a Growth or Business plan. On Starter, the panel shows the plan gate. Existing active links remain listed so you can review and revoke them even if link creation is no longer available on your plan.

Generate a link

Select Generate link. You can add a label and an optional password, then create the link. The password adds a separate access check for a viewer; without one, possession of the full URL is enough to view the shared analytics. If creation fails, use the error shown in the dialog; the panel may also report that the link limit has been reached.

Copy and keep the full URL

Copy the full share URL from the success dialog before closing it. The full link is shown only at creation. The active-link list later shows a label or token prefix and whether a password is set, but it cannot reconstruct a lost URL. If you lose the URL, create a new link and revoke the old one as appropriate. Keep the URL out of public posts unless you intend to give those readers access.

Revoke access

In the active-link list, choose Revoke for the link and confirm. A revoked link stops granting access. Anyone with an unrevoked URL can open the public view, subject to its password if set, so review active links when access needs change. If the list or revoke action fails to load, use the panel's retry or error state before assuming the link was disabled.
