Plans, limits and billing

Every account starts on the Free plan — 10,000 billable events a month, no card required. Here's how the usage warning works, what happens if you reach your limit, and how to upgrade.

The 90% warning

Once your account has used 90% of its monthly billable-events quota, a warning banner appears across the dashboard. It's computed on your account's combined usage across every site you own — not just the site you're currently looking at. The dashboard itself never locks: you can keep reading your stats past any usage threshold.

What happens at 100%

Enforcement is based on your account's combined usage, the same total the 90% banner shows. On the Free plan, once your account's combined usage across all sites passes 100% of its monthly quota, new events stop being recorded for the rest of the month, across every site on the account. On a paid plan, nothing is dropped between 100% and 110% of your account's combined quota — every event is still recorded. Past 110%, a sample is recorded: for each visitor, on each site and each day, Atriqo decides whether their events are kept. The share kept keeps shrinking while usage keeps growing: at double your limit, roughly half of visitors are recorded; at triple, about a third. Because a visitor's identifier changes every day, the same person may be recorded one day and not the next.

Upgrading your plan

From the Billing page: click Upgrade plan if you're on the Free plan, or Change plan if you're already on a paid one. Once Stripe notifies Atriqo that the change is confirmed, your new quota starts applying within about a minute. That notification usually arrives within seconds, though it can occasionally take longer.

Managing your billing

From the billing portal — click Manage billing on the Billing page — you can update your payment method and billing details, view and download your invoices, and cancel your subscription (cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for). To switch plans, use Change plan on the Billing page. The portal is hosted by Stripe — Atriqo only creates the session.
